We’re delighted to announce that our recent grant application to BBSRC has been successful. This is for a joint project with Martin Bushell at the Beatson Institute to investigate the role of the CCR4-NOT complex and regulatory elements in determining protein synthesis, destination and complex formation. Angie will be staying on as postdoc on the new grant.

Merryn Hughes has joined the lab as a PhD student as part of the EPSRC CDT programme. She will be working on therapeutic mRNA delivery.
01/02/22
Angie, Athena and Catherine attended the RNA UK conference in the Lake District. It was very exciting to go to a conference face to face for the first time in two years. Angie gave a talk and Athena presented a poster.
